What is our turnaround time?
Most projects take around 4–5 weeks from concept to completion. After the shoot, final images are delivered within 5–14 days depending on editing requirements and current workload.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit and signed contract secure your shoot. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Flexible payment options are available for larger projects.
Do you return products
Yes! As long as they aren’t used or damaged during the shoot. Include return postage and I’ll safely ship them back. Non-perishable products are stored for up to 6 months.
What are your rates?
Pricing depends on image count, styling complexity, props, and retouching time.
