Filming takes place in-studio or on location, depending on the project. You’re welcome to check in on progress as we capture the visuals that tell your story.

What is our turnaround time?
Most projects take around 4–5 weeks from start to delivery.
Turnaround after the shoot is usually 5–14 days, depending on scope. Have a launch date? Let me know and I’ll align with your schedule.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit and signed contract secure your project date. The remaining balance is due before final delivery.
Payment plans are available for larger projects.
Do you return products
Of course! As long as products aren’t used or damaged during filming, they’ll be returned (just include return postage). Non-perishable items are stored for up to 6 months.
