FAQ
What is our turnaround time?
The entire process can take around 2 - 8 weeks, from the initial call to the end product.
Turnaround time for deliverables will depend on the nature of the service asked for. If you do have a deadline, please let me know in advance, and I will do my best to try and accommodate it.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit and a signed contract is required to lock in your shoot with the final payment made prior to your content being released. ( Depending on the project scope other payment plans can be available )
Do you return products
Unless the product had to be used or damaged to create the shoot you can get your products back. In order to do so include return postage. Otherwise non-perishable products will be stored for up to 6 months.
What are your rates?
The rates for shoots are not one size fits all. They will vary due to your needs for the deliverables and the scale of the project, as well as anything involved in creating it, from props to background or extras and editing time. For a rough guide, do get in touch directly, and I can advise you.
